These Terms govern your purchase and use of the PeakHours TikTok audit service ("the Service") at peakhours.app, operated as an individual business based in Romania ("we", "us"). By purchasing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PeakHours analyzes the public TikTok content of an account you specify (up to 30 recent public videos, captions, hashtags, and visible performance metrics) and delivers a written audit report with observations, recommended tests, and an action plan. The Service does not access private account data and never requires your TikTok password.

2. Orders and delivery

• The audit is a one-time digital purchase — not a subscription. No recurring charges are added.
• Reports are typically delivered within 24-48 hours of a confirmed payment, depending on the public data available for the submitted account at the time of analysis.
• You must submit a public TikTok handle with enough public video history for the analysis to be meaningful. If the submitted account does not have enough accessible public data, we will tell you and issue a refund.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in EUR and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise at checkout.

5. No guaranteed results

PeakHours provides evidence-led observations and recommended tests based on the public data analyzed. We do not guarantee any specific outcome — including views, followers, bookings, orders, or revenue — as a result of using the Service or implementing its recommendations.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to submit only TikTok accounts you own or have explicit permission to have analyzed, and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The audit report we deliver to you is yours to use for your own business. The underlying PeakHours methodology, software, and report templates remain our property.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid for the audit. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service or its recommendations.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date above.

10. Governing law
