03 · Verdict

What's working, what breaks it, what fixes it

1 of 30 posts crossed the breakout line. Priority: repeat that format and capture the attention it earns.

Working

One post reached 964,900 views against a typical 3,598, proving the account can break through when the topic and hook land.

Leaking

With a 0% comment rate and conversion readiness marked Weak, viewers who get curious on high-reach posts have no defined next step, so that attention has nowhere to go.

Priority

Add an intent-matched CTA ("Reserve your table in bio") to the top-performing posts first, then track clicks or DMs over 7 days.

04 · Account context

What this account is, and where it stands

The read below adapts every recommendation to this account's type, stage, and main bottleneck.

RestaurantStage: Viral but UnsystemizedMain bottleneck: Breakout Learning

@yourvenue sits at 5,123 followers with an average of 39,204 views but a typical post landing around 3,598 — the gap between "average" and "typical" shows one viral outlier is skewing the picture, and the account's real bottleneck is turning that breakout attention into a repeatable pattern.

What moves it forward: Analyse what made the breakout different: hook, content signal, CTA. Rebuild that format before testing anything new.

05 · Reach & breakout

The breakout ceiling is reachable — it just isn't repeated

Reach is heavily lopsided: the top post pulled 964,900 views, but only 1 of 30 posts cleared the breakout line of 11,974 views, meaning most content sits far below what the account has shown it can achieve.

08 · Video diagnosis

Top and lowest-reach posts, and what each teaches

Your strongest posts share a consistent opening and format; the lowest-reach ones are distribution gaps, not content failures.

Engagement leans almost entirely on likes (3.0%) with no comments (0%) and minimal sharing (0.5%), suggesting people watch and approve but aren't being prompted to talk or pass it on.

13 · What top posts have in common

The pattern behind your best posts

The shared signal across top posts is a city callout, tying the content to Your City specifically, while the weaker posts lack that local anchor.

Low Distribution / Strong Interest: These videos did not necessarily fail. Engagement rates are still healthy. The issue is distribution — the content interests the people who see it, but is not being served to a wide enough audience. Likely causes: weaker hook in the first 2 seconds, shorter discovery window, or hashtag/topic mismatch that limits algorithmic distribution.
14 · What to repeat

The posts worth rebuilding

Rebuild the structure behind the top post first — same city callout, same tone — and retrofit it with the "Reserve your table in bio" CTA to see if intent converts.

17 · Next-step path

Attention is leaking because viewers aren't told what to do next

Next-step readiness: Weak. Conversion readiness is marked Weak because, per the account's own friction point, viewer intent on high-reach posts has nowhere defined to go — there's currently no stated path from watching to booking or messaging.

Next-step paths to test

On-platform prompts (save, tag, share) are ready now. Visit / booking / message prompts should be run as tests — never presented as confirmed until the path is verified on your profile.

Swipe to view full table →
IntentStatus
Table BookingNeeds confirmation
ReservationNeeds confirmation
18 · Stop or reduce

Formats and habits that consistently underperform

With only one content pillar in use, there's nothing yet to cut — the priority is testing variation within "atmosphere / vibe" rather than stopping a weak format.

Most common opening hook: City Hook (4/5 videos)
Average duration: 27s
The account has attention but no measurable conversion path in captions.

0 of 30 videos contain a valid action signal. Average views: 39204

19 · Action plan

Infrastructure first, then one variable per day

The plan is ordered by impact versus effort: start with low-effort CTA retrofits on existing top posts, then move to controlled replications comparing save and DM rates before publishing net-new content.

01Apply CTA family: Reserve your table in bio

It is the fastest path from existing attention to measurable demand.

02Add an intent-matched CTA family first: Reserve your table in bio.

High-intent viewers are left to infer the next step instead of being routed to reservation link, WhatsApp booking, phone call, menu view.

03Retrofit the top 5 eligible posts with 'Reserve your table in bio' and track clicks/DMs for 7 days.

Adding an intent-matched conversion CTA to high-reach clips will increase profile actions without hurting reach.

04Run two controlled replications using the same topic structure and CTA, then compare save/DM rates.

Scaling the wrong detail from a single post risks mistaking anomaly for strategy.

05Publish 3 posts around 'signature dishes' with the same CTA family and comparable duration.

The strongest observed theme can be repeated if the hook and CTA stay consistent.

20 · Strategy roadmap

One priority each week

Week 1 fixes the next-step gap; Weeks 2–4 build a repeatable, documented content formula.

Week 1Fix the next-step gap

None of the analyzed captions contain a clear action signal. Viewers who want to act need a clearer next step. Matching each caption to an intent-appropriate CTA — starting with "DM us for availability details" on posts that already show a reason to act — closes that gap without changing the content itself.

Week 2Repeat the winning format

Adding an intent-matched conversion CTA to high-reach clips will increase profile actions without hurting reach.

Week 3Test one variable at a time

The strongest observed theme can be repeated if the hook and CTA stay consistent.

Week 4Document the repeatable formula

A softer save/location/menu/package CTA can capture earlier-stage viewers who are not ready to act.

21 · How we judged performance

The reasoning behind the audit

How we identify breakout posts

A post is a breakout when it beats the breakout line — about twice a typical post (12K views here). 1 of 30 posts clear it; 1 sit above the account average. Winners are videos at or above twice the fair comparison level (the larger of the typical post and the adjusted average), computed over the 30 analyzed videos.

How the audit score works

The score is the average of five 0–10 checks per post — hook, length, hashtags, engagement and sound. It rates content quality, not conversion. This account scores 6.8/10.

22 · Full evidence

Every post, with the numbers

All 30 analyzed posts and the underlying metrics — nothing summarized away.

Engagement rate = engagement rate = (likes + comments + shares + saves, where available) / views. Metrics TikTok did not return show as — (unavailable), never zero.

How to read this report: recommendations are starting points, not guarantees — run each as a controlled test, and confirm a booking path before any direct-booking prompt.

What these terms mean

Plain-language definitions of the metrics and labels used in this report, so every number and recommendation is easy to interpret.

Audit Score

A summary score for the account's current content performance, consistency, engagement, strategic clarity, and growth opportunities. It helps the client understand the overall health of the account at a glance. It is a diagnostic score, not a prediction of future growth.

Average Views

The total views from the analyzed posts divided by the number of posts analyzed. It gives a quick directional view of reach across the sample. One unusually successful video can raise this number significantly.

Engagement Rate

The share of viewers who interacted with a post through available actions such as likes, comments, shares, or saves. It helps separate content that only gets seen from content that also earns a response. The exact calculation depends on the public metrics available.

Outlier

A post with performance that is unusually high or low compared with the rest of the account. Outliers can distort averages and should not automatically define the whole strategy.

Breakout

A post that reaches substantially more viewers than the account's normal baseline. It can reveal a useful topic, format, or packaging signal worth testing again. One breakout does not automatically prove that the format is repeatable.

Total Views Analyzed

The combined views of the public videos included in the audit. It shows the size of the content sample reviewed. This is not the account's total lifetime view count.

Content Pillar

A recurring subject or format used by the account, such as tours, food preparation, live events, offers, or guest experiences. It helps organize the account's content into repeatable themes.

Performance Distribution

The way views and engagement are spread across all analyzed posts. It shows whether performance is stable, inconsistent, or dependent on a few outliers.

Opening Hook

The first visual, statement, movement, or idea designed to capture attention at the beginning of a video. It can affect whether viewers keep watching.

Category

The broad type of account or business detected by PeakHours, such as Hotel, Restaurant, Nightlife, Cafe, QSR, or Event Business. It helps adapt the audit to the right commercial context.

Conversion Readiness

How clearly the account connects viewer interest to a useful next step, such as booking, ordering, visiting, saving, or sending an inquiry. It shows whether attention can realistically turn into action. It does not measure actual sales unless verified sales data is available.

Intent-Matched CTA

A call to action that matches what the viewer is likely ready to do after watching that specific content. It makes the next step feel natural instead of forced.

Natural Sound

Audio captured from the real scene, such as cooking, crowd noise, water, venue ambience, or production activity. It can make content feel more immediate and specific.

Hook Bank

A set of opening lines or visual ideas created for one campaign concept. It gives the client options without changing the whole campaign idea.

Shot Flow

The recommended order of scenes within a video concept. It helps turn the idea into a shootable sequence.

Suggested

A reasonable interpretation supported by several account signals, but not fully proven. It keeps recommendations useful while still acknowledging uncertainty.
